Welcome to the new SOC Fabrics Unlimited - Pre-Orders!
Below is where you can purchase many of our past popular designs that are no longer in stock!
Snowy Owl Custom Fabrics will no longer be offering short-run pre-orders effective August 2019.
We are switching over to a new system called:
SOC UNLIMITED Pre-Orders.
This new system will eliminate the stress of keeping track of round dates for our pre-orders! No more missing out on designs!
IMPORTANT: Due to this new system, THERE WILL BE NO RETAIL ORDERED! Our printer will be printing & cutting our fabrics, before shipping them to us each month. Eliminating new retail will allow us to spend more time with our family. Unlimited pre-orders gives everyone a chance to purchase any of our awesome designs and frees up a lot more of our time without all the stresses of two-week pre-orders. ***Occasionally extra fabric may be printed, at which time we will list those in the Facebook group.
These are NOT IN-STOCK fabrics in this section!! You are purchasing from a pre-order that will be available for ordering 24/7!
Please note: we won't be able to offer all of our panels and designs from previous collections, but if there are some that you don't see and are interested, feel free to email us at customerservice@snowyowlfabrics.com! Also be sure to check the retail portion of the website for any remnants or last cuts!
HOW IT WORKS: All SOC Unlimited orders placed between the 1st and last day of any given month will be processed and sent to our printer during the first week of the following month.
TURNAROUND TIME: FROM THE TIME WE PLACE THE ORDER WITH THE PRINTER the first week of the following month until the fabric is at your doorstep, we will aim to have a 4-6 week turnaround time. Please note: Occasionally we will run into unexpected delays (holidays/shipping times/etc) that may add unexpected additional time. Example:
- Customer XYZ places a pre-order March 10th,
- Order is batched with ALL MARCH pre-orders,
- The shop places the bulk order with the printer for all of March’s pre-orders during the first week of APRIL.
- Approximately 4-8 weeks from the first week of April, is when the fabric will be shipped to customer XYZ
***DUE TO THE VARIETY OF FABRIC BASES AVAILABLE, ONLY WHOLE YARDS/CERTAIN PANEL SIZES WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE!! We can make special FH SET listings upon request.
*****IF YOU ORDER ANY IN-STOCK RETAIL FABRICS WITH ANY OF OUR SOC UNLIMITED FABRICS, RETAIL WILL NOT SHIP UNTIL YOUR SOC UNLIMITED FABRICS HAVE ARRIVED IN OUR WAREHOUSE!!
***All sales are final unless a change is needed
(MUST BE BEFORE THE END OF THE MONTH!!).
All prints will be cut in a continuous cut whenever possible (border designs are usually not continuous unless stated). 1 yard = 36 inches x 56 inches but please note that the fabric you receive will be wider than 56 inches. The rest is considered the selvage and any flaws in the selvage area will not be eligible for any kind of refund. Any flaws that are not in the selvage area AND are greater than the size of a quarter, WILL be eligible for a refund. Please notify us (BEFORE WASHING/CUTTING INTO FABRIC) within 7 days of receiving your fabric so we can replace it or issue a refund.
***All orders placed September 1st thru September 30th, 2019, will be sent to our printer the first week of October 2019. Customers can expect to start seeing fabric shipping to them around the first or second week of November 2019.
